Judge Ellender was born February 13, 1963, and is married to Amy.  They have six children: Erin (and husband Taylor), Maggie (and fiancée Nathan), Daniel (and wife Colleen), John, Will and Ann Marie, as well as two grandchildren, William and Luke…and expect many more to come!  They are active members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bastrop.
