CAREER

• Molly J. Able was appointed as Central Staff Director in May 2016 after serving the Second Circuit Court of Appeal as a central staff attorney and senior research attorney for Judges Charles B. Peatross and Fred Sexton. She also practiced law for four years in the private sector prior to joining the court in 1998.

EDUCATION

• Ms. Able received her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University and her Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and a finalist in the Moot Court Board First Year Competition.
